What the attacks oil & gas facilites in the Middle East mean for global energy security

US President Donald Trump has warned Iran against any further attacks on gas facilities in Qatar after Tehran carried out multiple strikes on key infrastructure. Iran targeted the Ras Laffan liquefied natural gas hub on Wednesday, causing significant damage to the world’s largest LNG complex, which processes gas from Qatar’s North Field.
